By observing your breath and sensations serenely, you will experience the true nature of mental and physical phenomena and thus of life itself. You’ll become a part of the stream of life which is under constant change. Meditation serves to settle the mind, to live in the moment. With meditation you’ll free yourself from illusions and develop a spirit of love and compassion with all beings. You will understand your suffering and how to overcome it.
With me you can learn the contemplative form of meditation which is practiced sitting still. By dwelling in a stable and comfortable posture over a longer period of time your energy channels will open, your mind and soul will be freed and you will achieve a state of increased mindfulness regarding yourself and your surroundings. You will discover the spirit of overall awareness.
