In my class you will learn how to sit correctly for meditation in order to feel a harmonious connection of your sensations. This serves to soothe and focus the mind and boost the concentration. Meditation is about the unintentional and non-judgmental perception and cognition of the reality.
Besides teaching the basic techniques of meditation in my class, I will also help you to integrate meditation into your daily life. Because daily meditation is as important for your mind as daily body care is for your physical condition.
